Passion Fruit Liquor

« Alcools Séverac»

French know-how, traditional recipes, stringent fruit selection: tasting a Séverac wine is truly discovering 100% natural exotic savours through a rare experience. Our fruit wines bring out all the best of fruits'aromas because the fruits are picked when they reach optimal maturity, thus giving our wines outstanding taste and colour. Hence, we do not use artificial aroma nor colouring, and adjust the sugar content specifically for each fruit in order to reach the sweetness of a natural liquorous wine such as Sauternes, Pineau or Porto.

Aged in oak barrels, it would accompany marvelously a dish of foie gras or can be drunk "à l'apéritif".

A rare pink heart Guava, the most savoury one.

Kumquat Liquor

A small bitter orange wich is picked in the North after the Tet Festival.

We prepare the fruit to release the bitterness.

Napping a caramel cream with some Kumquat wine gives a delightful result. It is also possible to mix with some English Cream.

Lime Liquor

Out of the four Vietnamese varieties, lime of Ca Mau is by far the most fragrant.

The Lime wine will be nice as a toping of a sorbet, cheese cake or any lime dessert.

Apricot Liquor

Two varieties can be found in the North.

It will well match with fruit pies and cakes.

Da Lat Raspberry Liquor

Try this one with some dessert and it matches perfectly with bitter chocolate, dry cakes or with melon fresh fruits.
