The scents of white flowers, wild ginger and undergrowth were aligned when I knelt to dig and peel the ginger. Following this intense emotion, I composed Ginger Ylang des Bois for the Hotel La Residence Hue. This kind of harmony doesn't happen often but I do everything for it during my walks in the woods, in the markets of condiments or at the plantation.
